How the Ordering Process Works

Step 1 – Request a Quote

Complete the quote request form on our website with your requirements.

Step 2 – Receive Your Quotation

We will review your request, calculate shipping costs, and prepare your personalised quotation.

Step 3 – Approve Your Quote

Once you are happy with the quotation, simply accept it using our online acceptance form.

Step 4 – Pay Your Deposit

After we receive your acceptance, we will send you a deposit invoice to confirm your order.

Step 5 – Production Begins

Once your deposit has been received, we will begin manufacturing your order.

Step 6 – Final Payment Request

When your order is complete and ready for dispatch, we will send you a request for the remaining balance payment.

Step 7 – Shipping Confirmation

As soon as the final balance has been received, we will arrange shipment and send you confirmation that your order is on its way.
